Visitors and Shooting/Fishing Guests are to be aware of the Following:-

(A)	All guests are required to indemnify the Owners' of the Estate & their Employees, the Estates Tenants and their Employees against claims in respect of any loss, injury or damage arising whilst engaged in any activities on the Revesby Estate.
(B)	All unaccompanied shooting guests are required to have adequate insurance cover up to £5million sterling and Public Liability Insurance and Accident Disability Cover. This can be achieved if you are a member of the Countryside Alliance or BASC.
(C)	High seats on The Estate are considered to be safe, but visitors use them entirely at their own risk. The banks of the lakes are also considered to be safe, again use is at the visitors own risk.
(D)	The Owners reserve the right to suspend authority for all activities on their estate for any individual, and their decision or that of their Agent in any matter arising will be Final. A refund may or may not be made depending on the circumstances and this will be at the absolute discretion of the Owners or their appointed Agent. A typical example of denied access may be because of Government legislation eg foot and mouth or blue tong orders.
(E)	A cancellation fee may be applied to the client when less than 60 days notification is given of the cancellation of a reservation.
(F)	The Owners reserve the right to vary conditions and charges contained in this document and inserts at any time. Any bookings already accepted will, however, be unaffected by any change.
(G)	The Estate decision in all matters relating to numbers, sizes and weights will be Final e.g. the measurements of trophies.
